BOX is a secured Cloud based file sharing and collaboration application that has been adopted by Tishman Speyer (TS) to meet our file storage, file sharing and collaboration needs. Box can be used for both internal collaboration and collaboration with approved external collaborators. Documents and files stored in Box will be managed according to Tishman Speyer’s Records and Information Management Policy and Records Retention Schedule. Please contact the Box Administrator for information on the Governance of this site.

All information sent or received through, or contained in this application, is the property of TS and not your private information. DO NOT store any Personal Information.

Benefits of Box
1. Easy to use solution and accessible globally
2. Unlimited external (non-TS employees) collaborators can be added
3. Compatible with tablet and mobile devices (iOS, Windows OS)
4. No need to create external user account in TS environment

Usage of Box
1. Box has replaced some of our network shared drives, data and home drives.
2. Box can be used to share files with approved external users, including large sized files (ex: Autocad Drawings, Video files, Images).
3. Final, approved and executed documents should continue to be uploaded to TSDOCS. Contact Records Team with questions.
